General Terms of Sale .

These General Terms of Sale govern the private chauffeur services, transfers, and related services offered by DRIVER 2GO (CHAUFFEUR PROXI). They aim to specify the ordering, execution, modification, cancellation, and liability conditions applicable to services booked by clients.

Subject

These GTS apply to all private passenger transport and chauffeur services offered by DRIVER 2GO (CHAUFFEUR PROXI), including airport/station transfers, business travel, hourly chauffeur services, private trips, and event-based services subject to availability.

Any booking implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.

Booking and Orders

Bookings may be made via the website driver2go.fr, by email at contact@driver2go.fr, by phone at +33 6 69 47 42 33, or via WhatsApp.

Each booking must specify: the pickup date and time, the departure and destination addresses, the number of passengers, and any relevant information (flight number, special requirements).

The booking is confirmed by sending a confirmation email containing the trip summary and fare. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.

Pricing and Quotes

Fares are communicated to the client before the service, either as a quote or a fixed rate. The price is fixed and agreed in advance: there is no surcharge for traffic jams, flight or train delays, or any other circumstance beyond the client's control.

Fares include the journey, reasonable waiting time (15 minutes for standard transfers, 30 minutes for airport arrivals), and standard luggage handling. Supplements may apply for night journeys (between 10pm and 6am), public holidays, or special requests (child seats, special equipment).

Payment

Payment is made according to the following methods:

• Secure online payment (credit/debit card) at the time of booking.

• On-board payment by card or cash, subject to prior agreement.

• Monthly invoicing for corporate accounts, upon presentation of a purchase order.

In the event of non-payment or partial payment, DRIVER 2GO reserves the right to suspend any further services and initiate recovery proceedings.

Cancellation and Modification

The client may cancel or modify their booking under the following conditions:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• Cancellation between 24h and 6h before: 50% of the service amount will be charged.

• Cancellation less than 6h before or no-show: 100% of the amount will be charged.

Route modifications (address, schedule) are accepted subject to availability and may result in a fare adjustment.

Service Execution

DRIVER 2GO is committed to providing the service with punctuality, professionalism, and discretion. The chauffeur arrives at the agreed address at the scheduled time, in a clean vehicle and professional attire.

For airport transfers: the chauffeur greets the passenger at the arrivals exit with a name board. Real-time flight tracking is provided: in the event of a flight delay, the chauffeur adjusts the schedule at no extra charge.

For train station transfers: the chauffeur waits at the platform head or at the agreed meeting point.

Liability

DRIVER 2GO holds all mandatory insurance for professional passenger transport. All vehicles are covered by professional civil liability insurance.

DRIVER 2GO's liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount of the service concerned. DRIVER 2GO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by exceptional traffic conditions, weather events, or any force majeure.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

Standard luggage (suitcases, travel bags) is handled free of charge within the capacity of the booked vehicle.

For the transport of special equipment (sports gear, musical instruments, wheelchairs), please inform us at the time of booking to ensure a suitable vehicle.

DRIVER 2GO cannot be held responsible for items left on board. Any items found will be kept for 30 days from the date of the journey.

Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@driver2go.fr within 7 days of the service. The complaint must include the trip date, booking reference, and the nature of the issue encountered.

DRIVER 2GO undertakes to acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and to provide a response within 15 business days.

Governing Law and Disputes

These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court shall be that of the jurisdiction of DRIVER 2GO's registered office (Bordeaux).

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, consumer clients may resort to consumer mediation in the event of an unresolved dispute.

Force Majeure

DRIVER 2GO shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performing its obligations in the event of force majeure, as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code. The following are notably considered force majeure events: natural disasters, strikes, widespread network failures, traffic restrictions imposed by authorities, and pandemics.

Changes to the GTS

DRIVER 2GO reserves the right to modify these GTS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of booking. Any changes will be published on the driver2go.fr website.
